Newly built  comfortable cottage on the border of Cornwall and Devon on a Site of  Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).   The property is fully equipped and comprises of 2 Double bedrooms sleeping 4 people.  all on one level.
Bedroom one, double bed.   Bedroom 2 two singles.   travel cot and high chair available on request.  bright and airy open plan lounge with french doors to garden and fantastic countryside views. TV and DVD player WiFi. Dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, also  washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave,
The bathroom has a shower over the bath.   A private enclosed garden with views over open countryside, there is a garden table bench and a BBQ on request .   Parking area to the front of the property.

Easy access to Bude, Bideford and Barnstaple.  Enjoy the South West coastal walks in North Cornwall/Devon, surf on the beautiful beaches of Summerleaze, Crooklets or Widemouth Bay.  More secluded beaches of Sandymouth or Northcott where there is a real ruggedness of North Cornwall.  or you could just paddle and play in the rock pools, or dip in the Bude sea pool, most beaches have life guards on hand during the summer season.
Visit picturesque Hartland Quay, The Abbey and gardens.   Get the Helicopter to Lundy Island to see the puffins and other wildlife from Hartland  or a boat trip from Bideford or Ilfracombe for a great day out.   Or visit Hawkers Hut at Morwenstow on the South West Coastal path.  Historical Clovelly is a short drive away.  Port Isaac in the village of Portween (the home of the Doc Martin film set), is an hours drive, as is Daphne Du Maurier's Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor.
Enjoy Bude town centre, with restaurants, pubs cafes and local produce.
There is an indoor swimming pool in Bude Splash Better Leisure Pool, or if you fancy a game of ten pin bowling or soft ball play, at The Venue next door to the pool.
There is the Big Sheep and the milky Way theme parks just a short drive away.
There is always plenty to do, so come and enjoy glorious Cornwall.
